Carrot cake



°1 c butter (salted sweet cream)

°1 c granulated sugar

°1/2 c brown sugar

°2 eggs

°1 tsp vanilla

°3 cups all-purpose flour

°2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

°1 teaspoon baking powder

°1 teaspoon baking soda

°1/2 teaspoon salt

° 2 c shredded or chop raw carrots

°Best cream cheese Frost

°1 c pecans


* Methods


Grate & chop 2 cup raw carrots

In bowl, cream butter & sugars until lightly and fluffy.

Beat in eggs & vanilla.

Mix the cinnamon, baking powder, soldered bread and salt and mix well.

Adding flour and mix to combined.

Adding 2 cups of carrots.

Baking biscuits in a 375 degree oven for 13-15 min

Allow cookies to cool.

Frost with the best cream cheese frosting.

Placing chop pecans around the edges of cookies.
