Cabbage Soup

Ingredients :

 

°1 cup (250ml) chopped cabbage

°1 carrot, diced

°½ celery stalk chopped

°½ chopped onion salt and pepper

°1 tablespoon olive oil

°1/2 tsp sugar

°1 cup (250ml) chicken broth

°1/2 cup (125ml) water

 

*Preparation :

 

In a cauldron, pour the olive oil and gently sauté the vegetables. Add the liquids, season with salt and pepper and the sugar. Simmer covered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It freezes well. Enjoy your lunch!
