Beef Stew recipe

Ingredients

 

°2 pounds of beef stew.

°Cream Mushroom Soup

°Brown gravy blending, you will need one can.

°Beef broth, I was use 1 c.

°A small onion cut into cubes.

°2 cloves minced garlic.

°A tsp of cornstarch mixed with a tsp water.

 

 

*The method of work:

 

Step 1:

Combine cream of mushroom soup, broth mixture, beef broth, diced onion, and minced garlic in a medium mixing bowl.Step 2:

Mix all ingredients together, it’s okay if mixture is a bit lumpy; As it cooks in the slow cooker, the lumps melt and the mix is smooth.

Step 3:

Putting cooked meat in a 4-liter saucepan & put it on a low heat. Pour broth mixture on the steak and mix it all gently.

The fourth step:

Cooking for seven hours on LOW with lid on. Once meat is cook through, removing it from the pan with a perforated spoon & set it aside.

Fifth step:

Combine cornstarch and water mix into broth by stirring it, this will thick the broth.

Sixth step:

Put the meat back in the crock pot and simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the broth is somewhat thick.

Seventh step:

Serving with egg noodles, cook rice or mash potatoes, for perfect topping.
