Crepes recipes

Ingredients

 

°1 cup all-purpose flour

 

°2 eggs

 

°1/2 cup milk

 

° ½ cup water

 

° ¼ teaspoon salt

 

° 2 teaspoons melted butter

In a large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add milk and water, mixing well. Add oomph and flattery. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.

 

The second phase

 

Heat a baking tray or slightly waxed side over medium-high heat. Pour batter onto a baking tray, using about 1/4 cup for each waffle piece. Arm the face with indirect shaking until the dough shaves the face unevenly.

 

Step 3

 

 

Cook the waffles for 2 minutes, until the bottoms are light brown. Peel with a spoon, flip and cook on the other side. Serve hot.
